High School Counselor 7-12
2025-2026 School Year
St. Clair Public School is seeking its next High School Counselor. St. Clair is a K-12 Facility located 7 miles southeast of Mankato, MN. St. Clair High School serves approximately 400 students, 30 licensed staff, including approximately 10 support staff for grades 7-12.
The High School Counselor supports students in academic, career, personal, and social development. Using the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model, and Minnesota state guidelines, the counselor promotes equity and access to a rigorous education for all students, guiding them through graduation and post-secondary planning. The school counselor provides programming which includes conflict resolution skills, coping and refusal skills, character education, diversity, and study skills.
Qualifications
- Current Counseling license issued by the MN Department of Education
- Master’s Degree in School Counseling
- Knowledge and understanding of the ASCA Model
Preferred:
- Two years’ experience working with students in a school setting
- Knowledge of Section 504 evaluation, eligibility and accommodation plan implementation
- Experience with mental health counseling
- Knowledge of targeted and individual behavior support

Music / Choir Teacher – St. Clair High School
2025-2026 School Year
St. Clair School District #ISD 75 (located 7 miles southeast of Mankato, MN) is a K-12 facility and is seeking applicants for a full-time dynamic and driven K-12 Music teacher for a 1.0 FTE position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate versatility in and out of the classroom, with a strong music background.
- Candidate should have the ability to work as a team in planning and teaching to create a positive learning environment.
- Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must obtain Minnesota State Teaching License for K-12 Music Education, and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE)
ECFE Program Teacher and Parent Lead
The St. Clair School District is looking to hire a part-time ECFE Teacher who would work collaboratively with a Parent Educator in leading an ECFE Program. The structure of the program is to be determined as the options of the program could be; one evening a month, two evenings a month, one evening a week for six consecutive weeks during the Fall, Winter and Spring. The school district is open to building a program with the ECFE Teacher.
The individual applying for the position must have ECFE Licensure, or Elementary Education Licensure.
The Parent Lead position will be hired by the ECFE Teacher and we are accepting applications for that position at this time.
